We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Hot Springs, Arkansas, transitioning the property from aged materials to a high-performance roofing system. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing shingles and modified bitumen sections to inspect the underlying deck for structural integrity. We replaced several sections of damaged sheathing to ensure a solid foundation before proceeding with the new installation. We installed GAF architectural asphalt shingles in a rich brown tone, paired with GAF FeltBuster underlayment and specialized leak protection. The project also included the installation of Lomanco turbine vents to improve attic ventilation and the application of new metal flashing around the brick chimneys. For the low-slope carport and transition areas, we applied a durable self-adhering cap sheet to ensure long-term weather resistance across the entire structure.
