We recently restored a 1950s two-stall residential garage in Beatrice that had severe cracking, pitting, and areas of settling throughout the concrete slab. Years of wear had left the surface uneven and heavily damaged. Our team began with a full mechanical grind to create the proper surface profile, followed by extensive crack and surface repairs to stabilize and level the floor. We carefully addressed each damaged area to build a solid, seamless foundation before applying the coating system. We then installed a multi-layer epoxy floor system with a gray and white decorative flake broadcast, finished with a durable, slip-resistant topcoat. The new surface not only hides the previous damage but provides long-term protection against wear, impact, and daily use. The result is a clean, level, and professional-looking floor that completely transformed the space while bringing new life to a garage that had been showing its age for decades.
