NorthWest Construction design and build team created another beautiful outdoor living space including new masonry porch landing, large concrete patio, piers and columns to support the vaulted ceiling, gable roof system. Featuring insulation, ventilation, roofing, shake siding, trim work, 6" gutter system, maintenance-free vinyl porch ceiling with recessed lighting, ceiling fan, GFCI plugs for mounting flat screen TV. NorthWest Construction relocated all the DTE electric meters hardware from the rear of the house away from the patio to the side elevation of the house for a cleaner appearance. LET THE SUMMER BEGIN!!
