We completed a specialized flooring renovation for the interior viewing suites at a stadium in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the concrete subfloors by repairing deep cracks and linear indentations with a durable patching compound to ensure a perfectly level surface. Once the foundation was stabilized, we applied a high-performance epoxy coating to create a seamless and professional finish throughout the indoor hospitality areas. For the final surface, we installed a decorative flake system featuring a mix of gray, blue, and white chips to match the facility's aesthetic. The high-gloss finish provides superior durability and ease of maintenance for high-traffic environments while reflecting the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling suite windows. This upgrade transformed the suites into modern, resilient spaces built to withstand heavy foot traffic during events.
