We transformed this residential garage in Sioux Falls with a comprehensive concrete floor coating system. We prepared the existing concrete surface and applied a durable epoxy finish to the entire floor area, including the integration of expansion joints and floor drains. The project turned a cluttered, unfinished space into a clean and functional environment. We used a multi-colored grey, black, and white flake system to provide a high-gloss, resilient surface. The coating was extended up the baseboards for a seamless, professional look that protects the perimeter against moisture. This new finish offers a durable and easy-to-maintain workspace that significantly upgrades the home's utility.
