We completed a comprehensive industrial concrete floor resurfacing project for a large-scale mechanical facility in Sioux Center, Iowa. Our team prepared the existing worn and cracked concrete surfaces within the mechanical and boiler rooms to ensure a durable bond for the new coating system. We utilized heavy-duty grinding equipment to remove contaminants and repair significant floor cracks before applying a high-performance grey epoxy coating. The project was finished with high-visibility safety yellow striping to designate equipment zones and walkways, providing a clean, moisture-resistant surface capable of withstanding heavy industrial traffic.
