We completed a comprehensive concrete floor restoration and coating project for the City of Sioux Falls. Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including industrial grinding and handheld edge work, to ensure a clean profile for the new system. We installed a durable epoxy flake floor throughout the restrooms, hallways, and shower areas of the facility. The installation featured a multi-colored blue, black, and white decorative flake broadcast finished with a high-performance topcoat. We also integrated a seamless cove base along the masonry walls to provide a waterproof transition that simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The final result is a polished, slip-resistant surface designed to withstand heavy commercial foot traffic and frequent moisture exposure.
