Home in St. Paul MN had mold issues due to lack of ventilation. We extracted all existing insulation, treated the mold, and added closed cell spray foam & blow in cellulose back into the attic. To also ensure that the mold does not return we added roof vents. In addition to the attic we also insulated the garage, crawl space rim joists and laundry room walls.
