We completed a comprehensive concrete floor transformation for this interior space in Draper. Our team performed extensive surface preparation using walk-behind grinders and dust-free extraction systems to create the ideal profile for the new coating. We treated every corner and edge by hand to ensure a uniform finish across the entire floor plan. For the final finish, we installed a high-gloss epoxy system with a gray and black decorative flake broadcast. This durable coating provides a seamless surface that complements the room’s modern aesthetic, including the stone veneer and shiplap accents. The resulting floor is easy to maintain and highly resistant to wear, significantly increasing the utility of the space.
