Legendary Services completed an exterior shutter repainting project for a residential property in Fenton, MO. The work included light cleaning and surface preparation of 8 existing ground-level metal shutters, minor scraping and scuffing for proper paint adhesion, application of bonding primer suitable for metal surfaces, and application of exterior black paint. Standard cleanup related to the painting scope was also completed.
