Capitol Iron Works has finalized the fabrication and installation of a custom iron gate for a commercial client in Derwood, MD. This project focused on restoring functional security to a high-traffic entryway while maintaining the established aesthetic of the property. A traditional, heavy-duty gate design featuring vertical lines to match existing perimeter fencing, using 1-inch square posts for the primary frame to ensure structural rigidity,The entire assembly was treated with a conventional black paint finish, providing a clean and protected look. Our team was brought in to address a safety and security concern involving a significantly damaged entry gate. We executed the removal and disposal of the old unit and integrated a brand-new, precision-fabricated iron gate into the existing support structure, saving the client unnecessary costs by reusing stable existing posts
