Bold Color, Clean Lines, and a Standout Rowhome in Graduate Hospital ✨
This exterior transformation in Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia was all about creating a bold, modern look while restoring and protecting the home’s original surfaces. Led by crew leader Edy, our team delivered a full front exterior refresh with a strong focus on detail and durability. We started with a complete exterior prep process, including cleaning, scraping away loose material, sanding rough areas, and repairing wood where needed. Proper preparation is critical for exterior work, especially on masonry and detailed trim, to ensure long-term performance and a clean final appearance. The brick façade was coated with Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP in Koi Pond SW7727 (flat), a masonry-specific product that provides excellent coverage and protection while delivering a bold, uniform finish. This color gives the home a modern, eye-catching presence on the block. To create contrast and balance, all windows and the cornice were finished in Creamy SW7012 (satin), softening the look while highlighting architectural details. The front railing was refinished in stock black (satin), adding a sharp, clean accent that ties the exterior together. One of the standout features of this project is the front door, finished in Grape Juice 2074-10 (semigloss). This rich, deep tone adds a dramatic focal point that draws attention and elevates the entire façade. Every surface was finished with precision, from the repaired wood door frame to the detailed trim work, ensuring clean lines and consistent coverage throughout. The final result is a bold, cohesive exterior that blends durability with standout design, giving this rowhome a completely refreshed presence from the street 🎨🏡 Another project completed with craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail 💪
