We completed a full tear-out and reconstruction of the exterior deck and staircase for this elevated home in Placida. Our team removed the existing weathered wooden structures and installed new structural support beams, pressure-treated joists, and precision-cut stair stringers. This project involved extensive framing work to ensure the structural integrity of the multi-level outdoor living space. We utilized durable grey composite decking paired with clean white railings to create a modern, low-maintenance finish capable of withstanding the coastal environment. These upgrades provided a secure, functional entrance that significantly improved the property’s accessibility and aesthetic value.
