We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation on this elevated stilt home in Englewood, Florida. Our team installed new light gray horizontal siding and a durable white metal roof to protect the structure from the coastal environment. We also focused heavily on outdoor accessibility, building extensive pressure-treated wooden decks and symmetrical dual staircases that wrap around the residence. Underneath the structure, we finished the ceilings with white vinyl beadboard and tongue-and-groove paneling to create a clean, usable shaded area. The project included the installation of outdoor patio lighting and the mounting of utility enclosures to streamline the home's exterior footprint. These upgrades significantly improved both the property’s curb appeal and its functional outdoor living space.
