Upon insulation inspection knob & tube wiring was discovered in the attic. For that to be properly removed, we extracted all insualtion. For best results the homeowner decided to add closed cell spray foam to the attic floor before we blew in new cellulose insualtion. This upgrade also qualified the homeowner to get a rebate check from their utility company of $1300.
