We addressed multiple active roof leaks and failing skylights for this residential property in Vista, CA. Our team removed temporary tarps and identified deteriorated skylight domes and aged sealants as the primary sources of water intrusion. New white-framed curb-mounted skylights were installed and integrated into the existing architectural shingle roofing system. All critical flashing and penetration areas were reinforced and sealed using heavy-duty all-weather roofing mastic to help restore waterproof protection.
