This project involved a full restoration of a failing garage floor coating system in Fairhope, Alabama. The existing coating had experienced significant adhesion failure and surface deterioration, requiring complete removal before a new system could be installed properly. Our team mechanically ground the entire floor surface to remove the failed coating and properly prepare the concrete substrate for maximum adhesion. After extensive surface preparation, we installed a significantly more durable, long-term coating system designed to withstand heavy use, hot tire transfer, moisture exposure, and everyday wear. The finished floor now provides a clean, seamless, and highly durable surface with improved performance, longevity, and appearance.
