We transformed a weathered concrete porch and set of stairs in Sioux Falls that showed significant surface wear and old, peeling finishes. Our team performed extensive mechanical grinding and surface preparation using industrial vacuum systems to ensure a clean, porous profile. We carefully masked the surrounding brickwork and siding before applying a multi-layer coating system to the landing and steps. We applied a durable grey-speckled polyaspartic coating designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and outdoor exposure. This textured finish provides a slip-resistant surface that effectively covers previous staining and rust marks from old railing hardware. The finished project delivers a uniform, high-durability entrance that protects the concrete foundation for years to come.
