We transformed this Sioux Falls front porch with a multi-step concrete coating system. Our process involved deep grinding the concrete substrate, filling structural cracks, and meticulously masking the brick columns and white vertical siding to protect the home’s exterior. We then applied a textured grey flecked finish to the porch floor, steps, and surrounding walkway surfaces. This new coating provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that perfectly accents the home's modern farmhouse aesthetic. The multi-layer application ensures a long-lasting, slip-resistant entryway that stands up to the South Dakota elements. The final result offers a polished look that enhances both the durability and the visual appeal of the exterior living space.
