We completed a comprehensive exterior painting and siding maintenance project on this two-story residential home in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the surfaces by addressing worn trim boards and inspecting the existing fiber cement lap siding for stability. We refreshed the two-tone color scheme to modernize the home's facade and ensure long-term protection against the elements. We used PPG Acri-Shield Max in Curio Gray to provide a durable, flat finish on the foundation and lower elevations. The process involved sealing gaps around utility boxes and windows to improve both the aesthetic and the building envelope. This project resulted in a clean, uniform appearance that significantly enhanced the property's curb appeal.
