We completed a full garage floor transformation in Brandon, South Dakota, focusing on durability and a clean finish. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface using industrial floor grinders and a dust-contained vacuum system to ensure a porous base for the new coating. We then applied a high-performance grey speckled epoxy system across the entire floor, integrating a narrow trench drain for functional drainage. The project featured a decorative flake finish and a matching coved baseboard that extends up the wall for a seamless, moisture-resistant seal. This multi-layered coating provides a polished look while protecting the concrete from heavy vehicle wear and household storage needs.
