Completed in 2017, the ATX Storage Facility in Austin, Texas featured a large-scale storefront and glazing package designed to complement the modern industrial aesthetic of the multi-story self-storage development. Located along North I-35 Service Road, the project included extensive thermally broken storefront systems with clear anodized aluminum framing and Solarban® 60 bronze low-E insulated glazing throughout numerous elevations of the facility. United Glass furnished and installed custom medium stile storefront doors, automatic sliding entry systems, insulated glass assemblies, and architectural break metal detailing integrated across the structure’s exterior façade. The completed installation delivered a durable, energy-efficient glazing system that balanced visibility, security, and long-term performance for the high-traffic commercial storage environment.
