We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home and matching shed in Acton. Our crew stripped the existing materials down to the wooden decking to evaluate the structure and prepare the surface for new layers. We also addressed wear on the concrete block chimney, ensuring the transition from the masonry to the roof deck was properly sealed and protected. We applied Tri-Built synthetic underlayment across the entire deck before installing new IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in a multi-toned gray finish. To prevent future leaks, we installed new metal flashing around the chimney base and all plumbing vent pipes.
