We completed a multi-building flat roof replacement and restoration for this residential complex in Cape Canaveral. Our team prepared the existing surfaces across several structures, carefully working around HVAC units, vents, and utility lines. We applied a multi-stage liquid-applied coating system to ensure complete coverage and a seamless finish across the entire facility. We used a high-performance Lex-Seal system, beginning with a yellow base layer followed by a bright white reflective topcoat. This specific material choice helps reduce thermal gain and improves the energy efficiency of the buildings by reflecting UV rays. The project successfully updated the aging roof surfaces, providing a durable and weather-resistant barrier designed for the coastal environment.
