We performed a complete roof replacement on this residence in Merritt Island. The project involved removing the existing damaged shingles and carefully inspecting the underlying structure. We identified and replaced compromised OSB sheathing and plywood decking to ensure a stable foundation for the new roofing system. To ensure maximum durability, we installed synthetic underlayment and new metal drip edges throughout the project. The final installation featured multi-toned gray architectural shingles that provide enhanced weather resistance and a refreshed aesthetic. This comprehensive upgrade included the replacement of all plumbing vent boots and the installation of ridge vents to improve long-term attic ventilation.
