We executed a comprehensive commercial roof replacement and custom structural restoration for this Cocoa's long standing TopperTown. Our crew removed weathered roofing layers and performed significant framing repairs, including the installation of new wooden trusses and plywood decking. We addressed failing flat sections and sloped planes to eliminate persistent leaks and resolve interior water damage. The updated system features durable architectural asphalt shingles . We reinforced the structural integrity with galvanized hurricane ties and framing connectors throughout the new canopy and roofline. This project provides the building with a reliable, weather-tight envelope and improved structural stability for years to come.
