We performed a comprehensive roof replacement on this two-story residence in Cocoa Beach. Our team stripped the existing roofing materials down to the plywood deck, where we identified and repaired significant water damage and wood rot around the skylights and plumbing vents. We then installed new structural sheathing to ensure a solid and level foundation for the new tile system. To provide superior moisture protection, we applied Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment across the entire surface. We installed a new clay barrel tile system, complete with upgraded metal drip edges, flashing, and ridge vents for improved ventilation. This project ensures the home remains protected and functional for years to come.
