We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story residence in Merritt Island. Our team removed the aged, weathered shingles and inspected the underlying OSB decking to ensure a solid foundation. We installed high-performance architectural shingles across the complex roofline, including multiple gables and ridges. To ensure long-term durability, we applied advanced underlayment and updated all flashing at the stucco wall transitions using specialized sealants. We also addressed low-slope sections with durable rolled roofing materials and installed new metal drip edges and ridge vents for improved ventilation. This project provided a clean, updated appearance and enhanced protection against the coastal Florida elements.
