We addressed an extensive water damage incident at a residence in Wellington, focusing on both visible and hidden moisture intrusion. Our team utilized advanced thermal imaging cameras and digital moisture meters to accurately map saturation levels within the walls, tile flooring, and baseboards. To prevent further structural compromise, we performed strategic demolition, including the removal of affected baseboards and the cutting of damp drywall under window frames.
