We completed a comprehensive flat roof restoration for a condominium complex in Cape Canaveral. Our team focused on preparing the existing weathered membrane by cleaning the surface and addressing all plumbing vents, HVAC stands, and penetration points. We applied a multi-stage fluid-applied coating system to provide a seamless, waterproof barrier across the entire roof deck. We utilized Lucas roof coatings and high-grade white mastic sealant to reinforce vulnerable areas around rooftop equipment. The application of the waterproofing membrane and specialized sealants significantly extended the life of the roof while improving the building's overall protection. This project resulted in a durable, UV-resistant surface specifically designed to withstand the harsh coastal environment.
