We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this large residence in Cocoa. Our team replaced the aged asphalt shingles with high-performance dark shingles across the complex, multi-gabled structure. We also fully renovated a significant flat roof section, stripping it down to install a durable new membrane system while ensuring all transitions were properly sealed. During the process, we integrated several new rectangular skylights into both the pitched and flat roof surfaces to maximize natural interior lighting. The project included the installation of a new synthetic underlayment, ridge vents for improved ventilation, and custom metal flashing around the chimney and roof transitions. This full restoration provides the home with a weather-tight seal and a modernized aesthetic designed for long-term durability.
