We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Our team stripped the aged, stained asphalt shingles down to the original plywood sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We managed debris removal throughout the process, protecting the surrounding landscape and brick facade with heavy-duty tarps. For the new installation, we utilized high-performance architectural asphalt shingles in a dark gray finish. We installed a new synthetic underlayment and updated the flashing around the central brick chimney to ensure a weather-tight seal. The final project resulted in a durable, high-performance roofing system that significantly improved the home's curb appeal and protection.
