We completed a comprehensive roof replacement on this single-story home in Rockledge. The project began with the removal of all existing asphalt shingles and the inspection of the underlying structure to identify areas of compromised wood. We performed necessary repairs to the roof deck and framing to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. Our team replaced damaged plywood sheathing and reinforced the roof framing with galvanized metal gusset plates and hurricane ties for improved structural integrity. We then installed a high-performance black underlayment followed by new architectural asphalt shingles in a multi-toned brown finish. This renovation provides the property with long-term weather protection and improved durability.
