Legendary Services Co. completed a labor-only exterior siding replacement project for a residential property in St. Louis, MO. The scope included removing approximately 450 SF of existing vinyl siding from the designated exterior wall area and installing owner-supplied metal siding. The work also included installation of owner-supplied J-channel, corner trim, and related trim accessories. The crew handled ladder setup, wall surface prep, layout, field cuts, fitting around windows, roof lines, soffits, gutter/downspout areas, and wall penetrations. Removed siding debris was hauled off, and the work area was cleaned upon completion. This project helped update the exterior wall area with new metal siding while allowing the owner to provide the selected materials for installation.
