We managed the ground-up construction of this new residential property in Rotonda West. Our team started with site preparation and a reinforced concrete slab foundation, which included specialized termite protection and integrated plumbing. We then moved into the structural phase, erecting the concrete masonry unit walls and the custom wood-framed hip roof system. For this build, we utilized Plytanium sheathing, pressure-treated lumber, and high-strength concrete blocks to ensure a durable exterior envelope. The project progressed through complete roof sheathing and fascia installation before transitioning to interior partitions and HVAC system layout. This structural phase establishes a weather-tight and efficient foundation for the remainder of the home's completion.
