We performed a detailed mold inspection and moisture assessment at a property in Lake Worth Beach to evaluate potential environmental concerns. Our team utilized professional diagnostic equipment to examine the building's interior, specifically focusing on the kitchen, utility areas, and ceiling structures. We targeted areas near recessed lighting and cabinetry where hidden moisture often accumulates, ensuring a thorough investigation of the building's current state. To gather precise data, we used ReachMaster Pro moisture meters on extension poles and digital humidity sensors to capture readings across high-reach surfaces. We also deployed specialized air sampling cassettes on tripods to collect environmental data for analysis. These diagnostic tools allowed us to identify specific zones with elevated moisture levels, providing a clear foundation for necessary remediation efforts.
