We completed a comprehensive residential energy upgrade for this home in Calabasas. Our team installed a 28-panel solar array across the southern and western slopes of the existing terracotta tile roof. To support the new system and improve energy resilience, we also replaced the main electrical service panel and installed Tesla Powerwall battery units. We utilized high-performance 440W half-cell monocrystalline solar panels to maximize power generation on the clay tile surface. The project involved a full electrical modernization, including a new digital utility meter and upsized circuit breakers for heavy equipment like HVAC and pool systems. This integrated solar and storage solution provides the home with long-term energy independence and reliable grid backup.
