We performed an interior ceiling restoration and painting project in Franklin, Wisconsin, focused on the bathroom and surrounding living areas. Our team addressed water damage and cracked drywall joints by opening sections of the textured ceiling to inspect joists and ensure structural integrity. We replaced the damaged drywall, patched seams, and prepared all surfaces for a seamless finish. We installed white crown molding to accent the transitions and updated the HVAC vent covers throughout the space. The project concluded with a full repaint using Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC paint for the ceilings and Behr Premium Plus eggshell enamel for the walls. These updates resolved visible staining and provided a clean, modern aesthetic to the bathroom and adjacent rooms.
