United Glass Commercial proudly partnered with Ridgemont Commercial Construction on the 336,000 SF Cantrell Sansom Industrial development in 2025, delivering a complete exterior glazing package including storefront systems, entrances, and architectural glass installation. This large-scale industrial project featured approximately 9,500 SF of high-performance glazing supplied by Trulite Glass, utilizing 1” insulated glass units consisting of 1/4” Solarban 60 VT Grey tempered glass, 1/2” clear anodized spacer with dual black silicone seal, and 1/4” clear tempered interior lites for enhanced solar performance, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. The façade incorporated 2” x 6” thermal multiplane storefront systems with front-set glazing and clear anodized finishes, heavy vertical mullions, and custom entrance assemblies. From preconstruction coordination through final installation, this project showcases United Glass Commercial’s commitment to precision craftsmanship, high-performance building envelope solutions, and delivering quality results on complex commercial developments throughout Texas.
