We completed a targeted roofing repair on this residence in Apopka to address ventilation and shingle integrity. Our team worked on the steeply pitched roof to ensure all components were properly sealed and secured against the elements. We installed new metal roof vents and integrated them into the existing gray architectural asphalt shingles. This work involved checking the plumbing vent pipes and verifying the gutter lines to ensure the entire system remains durable and functional.
