We completed a comprehensive window and door replacement project for this multi-story residence in Baltimore. Our team removed failing units and addressed structural challenges, including significant wood rot discovered in the sub-framing and plywood sheathing. We installed several new sliding glass doors, French doors, and multi-pane windows to restore the building's exterior and interior function. The installation featured white-framed Marvin units and the careful re-mounting of black metal Juliet balcony railings. We utilized Tyvek house wrap and new plywood sheathing to ensure a weather-tight seal and long-term durability. These upgrades provided the home with improved energy efficiency and updated aesthetics while resolving underlying moisture issues.
