We completed a full concrete floor transformation for a spacious residential garage in Edgerton. Our team began by mechanically grinding the existing concrete surface with industrial equipment to ensure a clean, porous profile for maximum adhesion. We then applied a multi-layer coating system designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic and provide long-term durability. For this project, we used a light gray epoxy base finished with a decorative flake blend of black, white, and tan. This system features a high-gloss topcoat that significantly improves interior light reflectivity while providing a slip-resistant, easy-to-clean surface. The finished result seamlessly integrates with the existing cabinetry and stairs, offering a professional and polished look for the entire space.
