Exterior Painting and Wood Replacement in Mansfield
Project included spot replacement of various areas of rotting wood on both the main residence and detached building. Repairs included siding, soffit, fascia, corner boards, bullnose trim, and door framing as needed. The dormers required the majority of the repairs, including replacement of several sections of siding and trim. All new wood was caulked, primed, and painted to match the existing home. After two custom color-match attempts, the final match was virtually seamless. The repaired areas blend in so well that the only noticeable difference is the fresh, sparkling white appearance of the new work.
