We completed a full residential re-roof for this single-story home in Orlando. Our team began by stripping the existing material down to the original wooden decking to assess the structural integrity of the roof and identify areas requiring attention. We performed extensive repairs to the plywood sheathing and tongue-and-groove boards to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the new installation. The project involved the application of high-performance underlayment followed by the installation of durable dark asphalt shingles. We also replaced compromised fascia boards and properly flashed the roof to wall transitions and skylight to prevent future moisture intrusion. This comprehensive restoration improved the property’s curb appeal while providing a long-lasting, weather-tight roofing system.
