We conducted a comprehensive roof inspection for this multi-unit townhouse property in Hubert. Our team evaluated the condition of the asphalt shingle roofing system across multiple gables and roof planes to identify potential maintenance needs. We focused on assessing the integrity of the shingles and all roof penetration points to ensure the structure remains protected. During the assessment, we examined the brown asphalt architectural shingles, documenting areas of granular loss and weathered surfaces.
