We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Austin. Our team stripped the existing materials and performed necessary repairs to the roof decking, including replacing sections of oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed a GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment across the entire surface to provide a superior moisture barrier. For the final layer, we installed multi-tonal architectural asphalt shingles in a variegated brown and charcoal finish. The project included the installation of a new ridge vent system and plumbing vent boots to optimize attic ventilation and long-term durability. This comprehensive upgrade significantly improved the home's weather resistance and curb appeal.
