We completed a comprehensive gutter system installation for this newly constructed residential home and detached garage in Petoskey. Our team installed seamless white aluminum gutters along the rooflines to manage rainwater runoff effectively from the asphalt shingle roofs. We strategically placed downspouts to ensure water is diverted away from the concrete block foundation and the freshly graded soil. The project featured white aluminum components that coordinate with the home's siding and white porch railings. We incorporated flexible downspout extensions to direct drainage away from the house and wood deck area. This installation provides essential moisture control to protect the new structure and preserve the integrity of the surrounding landscape.
