We completed this new addition + renovation in Qualicum Beach, managing everything from initial site excavation to final interior finishing. Our team oversaw the installation of a new high-efficiency HVAC system, exterior siding updates, and a complete reconfiguration of the home's interior layout. To ensure long-term structural integrity, we performed extensive groundwork and trenching to install new concrete footings and reinforced foundation walls. Inside, we installed hardwood flooring throughout the hallways, updated the bathrooms with modern vanities, and finished the project with custom nail-less fir trim and cabinetry. This project successfully modernized the home's mechanical systems while significantly improving the functional living space for the owners.
