We completed this luxury custom home in Nanaimo, designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding evergreen forest and coastal landscape. The exterior was finished with a durable grey standing seam metal roof, hardie board, and hand-placed stone accents that define the main entryway. Inside, the open-concept layout features light hardwood floors and a chef’s kitchen with white quartz countertops and premium stainless steel appliances. We installed a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone feature wall for the linear gas fireplace and created a spa-like primary bathroom with a freestanding oval tub and custom LED-lit niches. The project was finished with a large rear deck and glass railings to preserve the unobstructed views of the water and distant mountains and coastsline.
