We updated this commercial shop facility in Brookings by installing new metal siding and multiple overhead garage doors. Our team integrated a mix of dark grey and white vertical panels to refresh the building exterior while adding functional entry points for both office and shop access. We also poured a comprehensive concrete parking lot complete with bright yellow stall markings and protective metal bollards for the facility. The renovation included the installation of large glass storefront windows and a curved glass entryway to improve the building facade and natural lighting. These structural and site improvements provide a durable and professional space for business operations.
